Vitaldoria (“Vitaldoria”, “we”, “us”) operates vitaldoria.com, a free-to-play social games lounge for entertainment only. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

Vitaldoria is for players 19 and older. We do not operate real-money gambling. Aurora Coins are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, redeemed or withdrawn.

1. Information we collect

We keep collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use Vitaldoria, we may collect:

Details you give us through the join form — your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number.
Notification data — if you allow web push, our provider stores an anonymous device/browser subscription identifier so we can send alerts.
Game data stored on your device — your Aurora Coin balance is saved locally in your browser (local storage); it stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, approximate region and pages viewed, collected automatically to keep the site working and improve it.

We do not collect payment or banking information, because there is nothing to buy.

2. How we use your information

To give you access to the lounge and its games.
To send the alerts you ask for — new game launches and weekly cup reminders.
To respond to your questions and provide support.
To keep Vitaldoria secure, prevent abuse, and understand how the lounge is used so we can improve it.
To meet legal and responsible-gaming obligations, including confirming you are 19 or older.

3. Push notifications

Web push notifications are powered by OneSignal. They are only sent if you grant your browser's notification permission. You can turn them off at any time in your browser or device settings, or by following the unsubscribe option in any notification — without affecting your access to the lounge.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to remember your preferences, keep your game balance on your device, secure the site, and measure aggregate, anonymous usage. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Vitaldoria — for example OneSignal (notifications) and our hosting and analytics providers — and only as needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players.

6. Security & retention

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing notifications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Age & responsible play

Vitaldoria is intended only for adults aged 19 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19; if we learn we have, we will delete it. 9. Changes to this policy
