Welcome to Vitaldoria. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vitaldoria (“Vitaldoria”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of vitaldoria.com and its games (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age and legally permitted to use a social-gaming service where you live. By using Vitaldoria you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for players in Canada; if you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
2. The Service
Vitaldoria offers free-to-play social casino-style games — including slots, blackjack and roulette — played purely for entertainment. The games simulate casino play but involve no real money, no wagering of anything of value, and no opportunity to win money or prizes. Practice or success in our games does not imply any future success at real-money gambling.
3. Aurora Coins (virtual currency)
- Aurora Coins are a virtual, in-game currency used only to play Vitaldoria's games.
- They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash or anything of value.
- Your balance is play money kept locally in your browser. We may grant, adjust, reset, or remove Aurora Coins at any time, and clearing your browser data will reset your balance.
- Aurora Coins are licensed to you for personal entertainment use only and may expire or be discontinued without compensation.
4. Acceptable use
When using Vitaldoria, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, scrapers or automated tools to interact with the games;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems;
- copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove games and features at any time, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and all of its content — including the Vitaldoria name and branding, text, graphics, game designs, and code — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. 7. Third-party services
Vitaldoria uses third-party services such as OneSignal for web push notifications, plus hosting and analytics providers. Their use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that outcomes in the games will meet your expectations. Game outcomes are determined at random.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitaldoria and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is free and Aurora Coins have no monetary value, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to CAD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Termination
You may stop using Vitaldoria at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other players. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Vitaldoria after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
